Login and registration

  • To create a profile, click on 'Log-in or Register' button at the top of the page. You will be taken to a log-in page with three blocks. 
  • If you’re a first time user register with your e-mail address and create and confirm a password, and you will then be able to start shopping
  • If you’re returning to the site, log in using your e-mail address and password, and you will automatically be able to start shopping
  • When we ask you to share private details with us, such as personal information, we ensure that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
  • We are committed to protecting your confidentiality, so your information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Ordering and Shopping online

  • Currently we will only be delivering to major metropolitan areas of Cape Town but plans are underway to increase our delivery coverage
  • We have grouped our products into easy identifiable categories such as “food cupboard”, “chilled / frozen”. Choose the category you wish to shop and the dropdown menus will show you the subcategories and products you can shop and add to your basket
  • You can also use the search box at the top of the website to search for any products you can’t find on the dropdown menus
  • You can view the contents of your basket at any time using the dropdown “view basket” button
  • Once you have completed your shop click on the “checkout” button which can also be found on the dropdown menu under “view basket” button at the top of the website
  • You will be shown a list of products in your basket, and can change the contents of your basket (remove products or save for later purchase) before clicking on the “proceed to checkout” button
  • Complete your details and delivery instructions and you will receive notification as to when you order will be delivered (see section ‘Delivery’ for more information)
  • You will be notified by email that your order has been received and by SMS when your order is ready for dispatch in order to confirm the delivery time


  • Proceed to payment and confirm your payment details.
  • You can pay for your order with any Mastercard or Visa credit card. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Diners Club, Debit cards or payment on delivery.
  • We use the highest standard of encryption when passing payment information between your computer and our website. Credit card details which are used for payment on our website are handled according to international best-practice standards with key data removed and encrypted. We do not record or retain any of the PIN or CVV numbers used for authentication of your card.


  • All orders placed before 4.30pm from Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours from the date of your order. We will contact you to agree a delivery time. Please make sure there is someone at that agreed delivery time slot. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday before 10.00pm will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
  • The cost of delivery will be R100 and will be added to the cost of your basket. There is a R300 minimum order for delivery
  • At present we only deliver to the major metropolitan areas of Cape Town but plans are underway to increase our delivery coverage
  • When your order has been successfully received by our system, you'll see a confirmation page. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you specified, giving the details of your order. This confirmation indicates that your order has been received
  • You will receive an SMS to your specified phone number when your order has been processed by our service department for ‘pick and pack’ in order to confirm a delivery time and you will receive another SMS when your order has been dispatched for delivery.  


  • If you are unhappy with your purchases for any reason, please contact us our Customer Service immediately at  customersupportonline@  and quote your invoice number. We will arrange for collection of the product and a full refund.
  • Please note that our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return on delivery.
  • Your refund will be given against the original payment card as specified on your proof of purchase (your online dispatch note serves as your proof of purchase). For example, if you paid online with a credit card, we will process your refund to a credit card.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for products not stored at correct temperature or conditions for any period after signed acceptance of delivery.
