Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina is a traditional Italian dish, which is such a comfort food. Comprised of potato gnocchi baked in a rich tomato sauce with creamy mozzarella cheese and basil leaves, the dish is absolutely scrumptious.

If making potato gnocchi from scratch is an activity you’d rather avoid, in the aim of saving time, using Granoro Potato Gnocchi is recommended in terms of quality and authenticity.

Granoro Potato Gnocchi are manufactured with the care of an artisan to ensure they have the right consistency and firmness when cooked yet remain soft to the palate, maintaining that unmistakable “homemade” taste.

This Gnocchi alla Sorrentina dish makes for a perfect addition to a long lunch or dinner with family and friends.
