If you receive the following error message on checkout "Your cart has been updated and the items you added can’t be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order" it means that our shipping application (powered by Google) is unable to locate your suburb. Please check your spelling and ensure you have entered the correct suburb in the suburb field.
Some products are packages in multiples. This will be indicated on the product page and prices show will be unit prices. Shoppers will be informed on the checkout page if there are any products that do not meet the pack size requirements and will be given the opportunity to amend the quantity.
We currently only offer credit card payments through a secure payment gateway supported by DPO PayGate.
Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Pricing of random weight products - items which are sold by weight (for example: meat, cheese and some produce items). In these cases, the price you are charged could be slightly more or slightly less than the guideline price indicated online, depending on the weight of the product delivered to you. These items will be clearly shown on your invoice.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your entire order, you will be refunded on the card used to make the purchase. Refunds are usually processed on the day of delivery and should be settled back into your account by no later than the day after delivery.
A minimum order value of R500 will apply for all deliveries. We offer a standard local delivery service with a lead time of 1 - 2 working days (Mon - Fri).
Orders below R1,000 will attract the following delivery charges:
-> 0 - 20 km | R100.00 (excl)
-> 21 - 50 km | R150.00 (excl)
-> 51 - 70 km | R200.00 (excl)
Orders above R1,000 will qualify for free delivery.
Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered within 2 business days on your selected date at checkout.
Orders placed after 13:00 will be delivered within 3 business days on your selected date at checkout.
